1. Merit Scholarship - Any children of members who earn '+1' in all subjects in 10th standard are warded by a Rs. 1000/-

2. Drinking water distribution - Scope for Providing assistance towards installation of rain water harvesting unit @ Rs. 14250/- with Rs. 4250/- born by beneficiaries.

3. Basic Sanitation Program - Scope for providing basic sanitation to poor coir workers @ Rs. 3500/- per family with beneficiary contribution of Rs. 500/-

4.Electrification program - Scope for providing electricity connection to poor coir workers. @ Rs. 2000/- per worker family with the beneficiary contribution of Rs. 250

5. Labour training in Mechanised Ratt- Ratt Supply - There is provision for imparting 25 days training with a stipend amount of Rs. 50/- per day in ¼ HP connected traditional coir ratt and supplying Ratt free of cost to women coir workers under ‘Mahila Coir Yochana Scheme', this scheme is exclusively implement for the benefit of women coir workers

6. House Renovation - There is provision for renovation of houses of coir wokers @ Rs. 10,000/- per family with the beneficiary contribution of Rs. 2000

7.Working Capital Assistance to SHGs- There is scheme for providing working capital assistance @ s. 49,833/- per SHG formed by coir workers who have successfully completed training in motorized ratts. There is also provision for erecting work shed, electrification for SHG's with 75% assistance under Industrial Infrastructure Development Scheme of the Central Govt. through Coir Board. An amount of around Rs. 80,000/- will be accrued to each group. Hence the beneficiaries are assured continuous employment , regular income , as well as wages for the work they put in.

8. House Construction - There is scheme for constructing own house to coir workers @ Rs. 60,000/- per family with the beneficiary contribution of Rs. 10000

9. 11. Special Medical Assistance - Rs. 10000/- each to Coir Workers suffering from chronic deceases such as cardio vascular deceases, Cancer etc

12. Willowing Machine - An amount of Rs. 20,000/- is proposed to be disbursed for 250 self-help groups covering 625 coir workers.

13. Shearing & Stencilling unit - Training is imparted to coir workers in shearing and stencilling unit by installing 11 units @ Rs. 5 lakhs per unit.
